It integrates 13 different types/sizes of CU purlins into one forming machine.It uses servo motors for precise feeding.The wheels use electroplating overtime process (extending the power-on time in the electroplating tank to deposit a thicker coating of metal ions on the roller surface) to achieve mirror-level polishing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can reach a speed of 100 meters per minute, and completes production tasks at high speed and high efficiency, greatly saving labor. It can be called the ceiling of the keel equipment industry.
