A 90-Degree Steel Coil Turnover Machine is an automated material handling device specifically engineered to safely and efficiently change the spatial orientation of heavy steel coils. It performs a 90-degree rotation to switch coils between a horizontal (flat) and a vertical (on-edge) position, meeting the feeding requirements of different processing lines (e.g., vertical or horizontal uncoilers). Driven by hydraulic or electromechanical power, it replaces hazardous and inefficient manual or crane-assisted turning operations with smooth, controlled movement, significantly enhancing operational safety and logistics efficiency.
